How do I reserve my event date?
To reserve your event date, you must sign a rental agreement and pay the required non-refundable retainer fee. Dates are not held without both the signed agreement and the retainer fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Zelle® and ApplePay only.
For the security of both our clients and our business, we do not accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or other electronic payment methods.
Is the retainer refundable?
NO. The retainer is non refundable after booking
However, it may be transferred one time to another available date within 30 days, subject to venue availability.
What is the Cleanup & Repair Deposit?
Every reservation requires a refundable Cleanup & Repair Deposit.
Weekday (6 Hours): $150
Weekend (12 Hours): $300
The deposit is refunded after your event once the venue has been inspected and found to be clean and free of damage.
What is required to receive my full Cleanup & Repair Deposit back?
To receive your full deposit refund, the venue must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
This includes:
Removing all decorations and personal belongings
Emptying all trash, including restroom trash cans
Sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping the floors
Cleaning tables and chairs used during the event
Cleaning both restrooms
Cleaning the kitchen completely if it was rented
If additional cleaning or repairs are required, all or part of the deposit may be withheld based on the reasonable cost of cleaning or repairs.
Can I decorate the venue?
Yes! You’re welcome to personalize your event.
However, to protect the venue, the following are not permitted:
Nails
Screws
Staples
Tacks
Damaging adhesives or tape
Glitter
Confetti
Open flames
Fireworks or sparklers
All decorations must be removed before the end of your rental period.
Is smoking allowed?
No.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, and all other smoking products or any form of illegal drugs are prohibited on the property, or inside the venue.
If this rule is broken by anyone at your event, the event will be shut down, and all payments including the deposit is noll and void!
Are weapons allowed?
No.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited inside the venue and on the property.
The only exception is for sworn law enforcement officers, or armed security who are authorized to carry a weapon while performing official duties.
What happens if there is a fight?
The CG Venue has a zero-tolerance policy for violence.
Any fight occurring inside the venue or anywhere on the property—including the parking lot—will result in the immediate termination of the event. No refunds will be issued, and the renter may forfeit the Cleanup & Repair Deposit.
Can guests gather in the parking lot?
No.
To maintain a safe environment:
No loitering
No drinking alcohol in the parking lot
Please enter the venue upon arrival and leave the property promptly when your event concludes.
Can the doors remain open during my event?
No.
To maintain a comfortable temperature inside the venue, exterior doors must remain closed except while loading or unloading decorations, supplies, or equipment.
Is the kitchen included?
All food must be prepared ahead of time. You may use chafing dishes to keep food warm. Kitchen access is available as an optional add-on.
If rented, it must be cleaned thoroughly before the end of your event.
