Four rental packages, one memorable setting. Every package includes access to our venue amenities.

Holiday Rentals — Additional $150

Holiday bookings are welcome, subject to availability. An additional $150 holiday opening fee is added to your rental total for every holiday, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and all other holidays.

This fee applies to all packages and hourly rentals, regardless of the day of the week the holiday falls on. This policy applies every year, including 2027 and beyond.

Monday–Thursday · Weekday Celebrations

$400 per event

360 Photo Booth

$200 for the first 2 hours. Two-hour minimum at $100 per hour.

Each additional hour: $45.

The 360 Photo Booth is NOT included in any rental package.

Bluetooth Speaker & Microphone

$50 per rental

Existing Table Décor Rental — $400

Existing table coverings and centerpieces for all 12 tables, in champagne, peach, and gold only. Tables and existing décor are arranged to your requested layout.

No color changes or chair covers. Existing décor rental only; custom decorating, balloons, and purchased decorations are not provided.

You may hire your own decorator or ask us for a referral. Independent decorators set their own prices and charge separately.

Bartesian Machine

$75 per rental

The portable bar is included with your venue rental. No separate bar rental fee applies.

Your Booked Hours Cover Setup, Your Event, And Cleanup

Every rental—including all packages, children’s parties, and Friday–Saturday hourly rentals—includes decorating and setup time, your actual event, and cleanup within the total hours you book and pay for.

The final hour is reserved for breakdown and cleanup. Book enough hours for all three stages. Setup and cleanup are not extra time before or after your reservation.

Additional time carries an additional charge and must be arranged with management, subject to availability and closing times.

Booking & Payment Terms

Weekend and children’s parties:
A $200 nonrefundable retainer is applied toward the rental total. The remaining rental balance is due 14 days before the event.

Monday–Thursday and Sunday packages:
The full $400 rental fee is required at booking.

Every rental requires a separate $200 refundable cleanup and damage deposit. It is due 14 days before the event.

Deposit payments: cash, ApplePay, Zelle, or Cash App only.

Bookings fewer than 14 days away:
The deposit and any rental balance already due must be paid on booking day.

Deposit Refund

The deposit is refunded within 24 hours after the event following inspection, when the venue is clean and free of damage.

Cleaning, repair, or replacement costs may be deducted. The renter remains responsible for costs exceeding the deposit.

Classes, Rehearsals, And Workshops

Non-private hourly rentals: $150 for the first 2 hours; $50 each additional hour.

Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
Friday–Sunday: 6 a.m.–10 a.m.

Bluetooth speaker included. Full initial payment is required to reserve.

A separate $200 refundable cleanup and damage deposit is required. A signed agreement and responsibility for damages also apply.

Your booked hours include setup, use of the space, and cleanup. The final hour is reserved for cleanup.
