At The CG Venue, we offer simple, straightforward pricing designed to make planning easy.

$100 PER HOUR

4 - HOUR MINIMUM

Weekday Hours 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Monday through Thursday

Weekend Hours 10:00 AM - 12:00 Midnight

Friday through Saturday

Sunday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

4-5 HOURS RENTAL

$150 Nonrefundable Retainer required to reserve your date, and is applied toward your total rental price. It is not an additional charge.

$150 Refundable Clean-up & Repair Deposit

6 HOURS OR More

50% Nonrefundable Retainer required to reserve your date, and is applied toward your total rental price. It is not an additional charge.

$300 Refundable Clean-up & Repair Deposit

IMPORTANT

Rental time includes decorating, the event, breakdown, and cleanup.
Remaining balance and deposit are due 14 days before the event.
Overtime rate is $25 an hour and is in effect after exceeding your rental time by ten minutes, and will be deducted from the deposit.
The deposit is refunded (24 Hours) after your event is over, and the venue has been inspected and found to be clean and free of damages.

The CG Venue offers convenient hourly rentals for non-private events during select times.

Rental Details

2-hour minimum rental
$150 for the first 2 hours ($60 each additional hour)
No security deposit required
Bluetooth speaker included with your rental
Full payment of $150 is required at the time of booking to reserve your requested date and time. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Damage Responsibility

While a security deposit isn't required, all renters must sign a Rental Agreement acknowledging responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from damages will be the responsibility of the renter.

Venue Policies

All Standard The CG Venue policies, rules, and regulations apply to hourly rentals and must be followed at all times.
