Transparent Pricing for Your Special Event

At The CG Venue, we offer simple, straightforward pricing designed to make planning easy.

Venue Rental Packages

We offer two package options:

• Weekday Package 6 Hours:
  Available Monday through Thursday
  Event must take place between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM
  Total rental time is 6 hours
  Price: $400

• Weekend Package 12 Hours:
  Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  Event must end on or before 12 Midnight
  Total rental time is 12 Hours
  Price: $1,000

Please note:

• The 6-hour weekday package is only available Monday through Thursday with a $150 Retainer Fee and a $150 Cleanup/Damage Deposit

• The 12-hour weekend package is available Friday through Sunday with a $400 Retainer Fee and a $300 Cleanup/Damage Deposit 

• One hour of cleanup time is allowed after your scheduled event stop time

• Tables and chairs for 50 attendees

• Separate food and drinks setup area

• Basic setup and breakdown time
