Secure Your Date

All bookings go through the owner or a representative. Viewing availability or sending an inquiry does not hold or book an event.

Holiday Rentals — Additional $150

Holiday bookings are welcome, subject to availability. An additional $150 holiday opening fee is added to your rental total for every holiday, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and all other holidays.

This fee applies to all packages and hourly rentals, regardless of the day of the week the holiday falls on. This policy applies every year, including 2027 and beyond.

Find Your Date

Check the calendar under Availability, then email covergirlvenue@gmail.com with your name, phone number, preferred event date, guest count, and total rental hours needed. Include time for decorating/setup, your event, and cleanup, plus any optional extras you would like.

See It In Person

To arrange a private visit, include your preferred visit dates and times in your email. The owner or a representative will reply to confirm your appointment.

Make It Official

Confirm your package with the owner or a representative, complete your electronic rental contract, and make the required booking payment. Your date is reserved only after payment is received and confirmed.

Booking & Payment Terms

Friday–Saturday and children’s parties:
A $200 nonrefundable retainer is required at booking and is applied toward the rental total. The remaining rental balance is due 14 days before the event.

Monday–Thursday and Sunday packages:
The full $400 rental fee is due at booking.

Refundable Cleanup & Damage Deposit

Every rental requires a separate $200 refundable cleanup and damage deposit. It is due 14 days before the event and may be paid only by cash, ApplePay, Zelle, or Cash App.

Booking fewer than 14 days ahead?
The deposit and any rental balance already due must be paid on booking day.

Accepted Payments

Rental payments:
Zelle, ApplePay, Cash App, cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Credit and debit card payments carry a 3.5% fee.

Rental Contract

The owner will send your contract electronically. Complete the information that applies to your event and follow your confirmed payment instructions.

Your Paid Hours Include Setup, Your Event, And Cleanup

This applies to every package, children’s party, and Friday–Saturday hourly rental. Book enough hours for all three stages.

The final hour is reserved for breakdown and cleanup. There is no extra setup or cleanup time outside your reservation.

Additional time carries an additional charge and must be arranged with management, subject to availability and required closing times.
