The CG Venue Policies
Venue Policies & Rental Terms
Thank you for choosing The CG Venue. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, clean, and luxurious venue for every guest. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, all renters must agree to the following policies.
Reservations & Payments
A signed rental agreement and the required non-refundable retainer fee are required to reserve your event date.
Retainer Fees
Weekday Package (6 Hours): $150
Weekend Package (12 Hours): $400
The retainer fee is non-refundable.
If you must cancel anytime after paying the retainer fee, your retainer may be transferred to one rescheduled event within 30 days, subject to venue availability. No additional extensions will be granted.
Cleanup & Repair Deposit
A Cleanup & Repair Deposit is required for every reservation.
Deposit Amounts
Weekday Package (6 Hours): $150
Weekend Afternoon Package (12 Hours): $300
The Cleanup & Repair Deposit is refundable after your event if the venue is returned in the same clean condition in which it was received and no damage has occurred.
If additional cleaning or repairs are required, all or part of the Cleanup & Repair Deposit may be withheld based on the reasonable cost of cleaning, repairs, or replacement, as determined by venue management.
If the cost of cleaning or repairs exceeds the Cleanup & Repair Deposit, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance.
Venue management may allow a payment arrangement if needed.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
The CG Venue accepts the following forms of payment only:
Cash
Zelle®
ApplePay
Credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and all other forms of electronic payment are not accepted.
Cleanup Requirements
To receive a full refund of your Cleanup & Repair Deposit, the venue must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received.
This includes:
Removing all decorations and personal belongings
Emptying all trash receptacles, including restroom trash cans and large venue trash containers
Disposing of all trash in the designated outdoor receptacles
Sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping all floors as needed
Cleaning all tables and chairs used during the event
Returning tables and chairs to their designated locations (if applicable)
Leaving both restrooms clean and free of debris, and toilets flushing properly (Only Toilet Tissue Is To Be Flushed In The Toilets!)
Cleaning the kitchen completely if it was used, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors
Damage Policy
The individual signing the rental agreement accepts full responsibility for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, vendors, entertainers, or invitees.
Damage includes, but is not limited to:
Tables or chairs
Décor and furnishings
Mirrors
Walls, doors, windows, or flooring
Faucets, sinks, toilets, or other restroom fixtures
Kitchen equipment or appliances
Plumbing issues caused during the event
Any other venue property
If damage occurs, all or part of the Cleanup & Repair Deposit may be retained. If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter remains financially responsible for the remaining balance. (Payment Arrangements Can Be Setup If Needed)
Decorations
To protect the venue and maintain its elegant appearance, the following are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained:
Nails, screws, staples, tacks, or hooks in walls, ceilings, doors, or furniture
Tape, duct tape, packing tape, or adhesives that may damage surfaces
Glitter, confetti, loose sequins, rice, birdseed, or similar materials
Open flames, sparklers, fireworks, smoke bombs, or pyrotechnics
Any decoration that may permanently stain, damage, or alter the venue
All decorations brought into the venue must be removed before the end of the rental period.
Security
Any Event with 25 or more attendees, will require Armed Security for the entire event
We can provide security for an additional fee, or you can obtain your own
If you obtain your own Armed Security, they must me licensed to carry and provide proof, plus insurance for the security company they represent
All proof is needed 72 before your event start time
Occupancy
The renter must provide an accurate estimated guest count before the event.
A maximum allowance of 5 additional guests beyond the contracted guest count is permitted with no additional charge
For example:
Contracted Guest Count: 50
Maximum Guests Allowed: 55
Guests exceeding the approved occupancy limit will not be admitted to the venue.
Weapons Policy
The CG Venue maintains a strict No Weapons Policy.
Firearms, knives, or any other weapon are prohibited anywhere inside the venue or on the property.
The only exception is for sworn law enforcement officers, or security guards who are authorized to carry a weapon in the performance of their official duties.
Anyone found in possession of a prohibited weapon will be required to leave the property immediately, and law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
Fighting, Disorderly Conduct & Illegal Activity
The CG Venue maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding violence, disorderly conduct, or illegal activity.
Any fight occurring inside the venue or anywhere on the property, including the parking lot, will result in the immediate termination of the event.
If an event is terminated:
All guests will be required to leave the property immediately.
No refunds will be issued.
The Cleanup & Repair Deposit will be forfeited.
Law enforcement may remove guests from the property if necessary.
The individual signing the rental agreement is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside the venue at all times.
This includes:
Cigarettes
Cigars
Electronic cigarettes
Vaping devices
Marijuana (Not Allowed On The Premises At ALL)
Any other smoking or vaping products
Parking Lot Policy
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment:
No loitering is permitted in the parking lot.
No alcohol consumption is permitted in the parking lot.
Guests should enter the venue upon arrival and leave the property promptly after the event concludes.
Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking spaces.
Doors
Exterior doors must remain closed to preserve heating and air conditioning.
Doors may only remain open while loading or unloading event supplies.
Right to Refuse Service
Venue management reserves the right to refuse admission, deny entry, or terminate an event for violations of these policies or for any conduct that threatens the safety of guests, staff, or property.
